Good and Bad GHR's
I don't know if there has already been a thread made on this, but how do you tell the difference between a good GHR and a POS one? We just got one at the rec center, but it's not EFS or anything, it's the same brand as most of the other equipment (forgot the name).

A good one allows you to perform the GHR with full ROM without destroying your quads or your family jewels. One that allows very small adjustments in both height and distance. A bonus is one that is high enough to allow you to do reverse hypers....one like this

Think they cost a shit-load though. i saw one at an NSCA conference that was a frickin TANK...this thing was huge. I want to say it was from 'power-lift' of a company with a similar name....the thing was like $2500!

i like my midwest barbell one. It works, and it's cheap. I'd like to get an elite one eventually though
