I life thursday-saturday and tuesday i was wondering on like monday if i could do like ALOT of cardio to keep me cut.. I dunno can you do them both?

hey JaW, if your goals are to get/remain cut, then yes, you should definately do cardio on your off days, but not 'A LOT' on one day to make up for the whole week. If you lift on Thurs, Sat, and Tues, you should do cardio 2-3 days a week, like on Mon, Wed, and Fri for example. And as far as what kind of cardio you shoud do, you should do HIIT. This type of cardio maximizes fat loss while minimizing muscle catabolism. And dont forget to have a pre and pot-workout shake or meal on your cardio days.

I agree somewhat. I'm not too sure about HIIT, however. We had a lengthy discussion on this in an earlier thread I started. HIIT can have negative aspects just like steadily pased cardio does. I have found that after HIIT my muscles (upper and lower body) are sore, meaning I cannot lift to my potential in the weight room the following day. This is not entirely a bad thing, it just means that I have to have a day of rest after doing HIIT before doing resistance training again.
