im currently a senoir in highschool and im going to be a SWAT officer i was wondering if you could give me some tips on what kind of work outs i should be doing to prepare myself

cardio,cardio, cardio. Also, if you have a park that has an obstical course with rope climbing, going over walls, pushup, pull-ups. Do that a couple of times a week. But, the most important thing is to run, run, run. As far a weight training goes go w/ compound movement and exercise that develops speed. Another thing you should work on is reaction drills.

Simple recation drills to work on is have a partner bounce a soccer ball and you have to run and catch it... Then try it when your back is turned and listening for the bounce and turn run and snatch the soccerball. You can make your own recation drills from there. You, can also change the diffrent size balls also to make it more difficult.
