I havent really been up to date on any Sr level stuff since most of the people at my gym are Master lifters. My main goal right now is to get my total high enough to qualify for the American Open. I wont get in time for the actual competition but Id like to be able to be good enough qualify in my first year of training.

Vineland is on September 16. What do you need at your weight for American Open?

If I make all my attempts that Dave planned for me. (SN 65, 67.5, 72.5 CJ 85, 90, 95) I will be 20 kilos shy of qualifying for American Open.

Yeha I know about Vineland, but the 16th is also my birthday and Ive gotta go see about a girl that day 
I need 260 at 85 to make it so Im shooting for 120/140. The goal for Sept is to have them at 110/125. I think if my training cycles go accordingly, Ill be able to add 10kg to the total every month or so, esp now that I figured out what was wrong with my forearm and hips. Now I can actually lockout the weights I pull.
With 20kg left, I think you can expect to hit that by the end of the year. I know I hope to.

Good luck with the girl.
You can definately get up hopefully we will be seeing each other at the American Open. (105, 82) is what I'll shoot for.
Are you going to Collegiate Nationals?

Luck is what Alco relies on, all that is needed is skill

Collegiates are next April I think because I think they passed this year. I definately qualified for those, but we'll see what happens. USAW has this really cool habit of having the big comps during midterms or finals and holding them out in the boons.
