Default Explosive bodyweight conditioning "Beyond Burpees" :)

Not exactly bodybuilding, but pretty good for coordination of the lower and upper body.

He's not utilizing full rom on his pull-ups. He should be going all the way down on the eccentric before dropping down to do the plyometric squats.
