Default ...In Front of the Dumbbells

Just got back from my workout and have to get these observations out...

This post is titled "In Front of the Dumbbells"

1.) The guy that shadow boxes in front of the dumbbells.
2.) The guy that dances in front of the dumbbells.
3.) The guy that poses in front of the dumbbells.
4.) The guy that talks on his cell in front of the dumbbells.
5.) The guy that curls in front of the dumbbells.
6.) the guy that passes gas in front of the dumbbells.
7.) The guy that lateral raises in frontof the dumbbells.
8.) The guy that picks his teeth, pops his shoulder zits, or checks his hair in front of the dumbbells.
9.) The gal that performs all her dumbbell work (front rasies, side raises, DB curls, and overhead extensions) in front of the dumbbells.
10.) The guy that warms up his shoulders with the very helpful "arm circles" in front of the dumbbells.

Why isn't the shrug guy not on here you may ask? Becasue those DB's tend to be heavy.

This may seem like a post that focuses on the negative without providing a solution...well I will suggest a solution: Take 2 steps back and 1 aside in front of the dummbells!

6 feet away from the dumbbell rack should be a yellow line on the floor and a sign on the wall saying "Step back behind the yellow line before starting your set".

No, John. The solution to anger, is ...poetry!

shadow box in front of and dance in the face of
pose there in before them and talk when your cell calls
the guy that curls dumbbells while his friend picks his teeth
a rack full of dumbbells is so many things

pass gas up in front while your popping your zits
lateral raises with grimaces (check your hair between sets)
warm up your shoulders with those circular things
a rack full of dumbbells is so many things

the gal that performs all her dumbbell lifts there
then overhead extensions in front (while you stare)front raises, side raises, done with 5lbs of pink
a rack full of dumbbells is so many things

Exactly how else am I supposed to ensure that no one else takes the dumbbells that I'll be needing soon?

:p

We have the guy who pushes the incline bench up in front of the dumbbells so that he can prop his feet up on while he incline DB benches!
