I will add the X-band walks and hip correction exercise to my daily warm up.

Another good one to consider are "clams." If you have an ankle band, you would wrap that above both knees. Lying supine on the ground with your knees bent and feet in the air, all you would need to do is keep your feet together while abducting your knees as far apart as possible. Also a great movement for glute med activation
