So I was in the gym the other night (Saturday night). I had been taking care of my gf all day because friday night was her 21st birthday celebration and I finally got into the gym around 9. Well they close at 10 so I had to pretty much superset my whole workout together instead of taking small breaks after each individual superset. I got to the last set of my last superset and they kicked me out. So should I try and make this up tonight when I go back in or should I just not worry about it? The workout I am referring to is Ian King's Superstrength series phase 1 week 3. Thanks for your help,

I wouldn't worry about it. What are your concerns about not "making up" for it?

Well, I am not sure if you are familiar with the routine or not but it is a pre-fatigue workout, atleast in phase 1. In which you start with the smallest and work up to the biggest. So the last set would have been bench presses. This was the last week of phase 1 and that was supposed to be all out. So I guess I figured I was missing out on something. I guess we will see.

any other advice? thanks for the reply bryan
