I am totally new to the whole weight training thing. Used to lift back in high school for sports but it has been years and cannot stand seeing the flabby image in the mirror anymore.
I am 25, 180#, 5'9". First off my diet is terrible and have tried to change over. Eating well proportioned meats, veggie and fruits now. I have got a Weider Pro 9400 weight system and a treadmill. What I am wanting to do is get down to about 155-160 and tone up as well as I can. What I need to know is what type of weight routine to follow and any help on a diet plan. Thanks for any help you can give!!!
