Default THE SQUAT CHART

Just like the Deadlift Chart, here is the place to post 1-rep max squat efforts. We'll have two categories: Oly-style (ass-to-grass) and Powerlifting-style (just below parallel). Everyone, of course, is on their own to adhere to the honor system.

These will all be raw lifts, by the way. Gear isn't all that common on this site, so we'll have a special list at the bottom for those few geared lifts.

So, post your bodyweight on the day of, the squat itself, and any goal you'd like to list!

I haven't got a 1RM but I'm happy to get the ball rolling with my 3RM, I believe EC's program will have me doing singles soon anyways, so I'll update it shortly.

225x4x3 @ 190. ATG.

PL style: Estimated at 286lbs, but those don't count so 270lbs for sure (with belt)

Both at BW of 163lbs.

Put me down for 325lbs at a body weight of 230.
Oly style ATG on 5/30/06.

I haven't attempted a max since then, I hope to see that number increasing soon.

I've never tried a one rep max, but have done 220 for 5x5 (ass to grass) at a bodyweight of 170.
