Thanks John. I have been a consistent 235 for a long time, but I recently packed on a few pounds. Aparently It's helping my squat because I just added another 30lbs to my max.

So, you deadlifted 3 reps at 625 and squatted 3 reps at 625 on the same day. I hate to see what you could do with a suit on.

Great day, from my first PL meet on Saturday(see my log):
44lb PR
205kg @ 81.10kg (452lbs @ 179lbs)
2.53 x BW
Suit(31 HardCore), knee wraps(THP's) & Belt
Squat was much stronger than I expected, 205 flew up, another few kg's in there for sure, but I was happy to get a 20kg
PR , and a nice number and nice total for my first competition.

160kg @ 83.70kg (352lbs @ 184lbs)
1.91 x BW
Raw, no belt
I had some wrist wraps on, but of course that doesn't count!(wrists get a bit sore squatting)
Pretty much good for a double bodyweight raw squat now

Wow, lots of big numbers in here. I'm looking forward to playing catch-up. I don't have a 1RM, so I'm using my 5x5 weight.

Competed in a PL meet today:
19lb PR !
213.5kg @ 81.75kg (471lbs @ 180lbs)
2.61 x BW
Suit(36 centurion), knee wraps(THP's) & Belt
National sub junior record(under 18)
Went for 220kg, it was just high, called on depth. It was much easier than my 213.5kg squat though!

It seems I'm the only one on this forum still squatting
170kg @ 84kg (375lbs @ 185)
2.02 x BW
Raw, no belt
Slapped another 10kg on my raw squat, with some room to move. Up to double bodyweight raw squatting now.
Will test my raw squat again after my next comp, probably some time in January.

Holy, shit. I just looked at the list and I am sitting at 325. I hit 370 some time ago, last year. I'll try and find the log and my weight.

Still working up to a 1-rep max. So, for now, my 225 5-rep will have to suffice. I weigh 160lbs. Hoping to eventually get a 300+ 1-rep

Just started squatting, been lifting for 3-4 months. In the beginning I started off at 135lbs working my way up.
Last heavy set day I did 300lbs x 3 and a 1RM at 315 at 162lbs.
