Thanks John. I have been a consistent 235 for a long time, but I recently packed on a few pounds. Aparently It's helping my squat because I just added another 30lbs to my max.

New Squat PR!!!!!

625LBS For 3 reps@220lbs

This one felt like i didnt have any legs i had to drop onto the floor after i completed the last rep.It was almost as hard as 310lb 20rep squats

So, you deadlifted 3 reps at 625 and squatted 3 reps at 625 on the same day. I hate to see what you could do with a suit on.

Yes i was testing my 3 rep max on that day but didnt have the energy to do bench press and cleans are pretty new to me aswell.
