---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Absorb what is usefull and fuck the rest!
Welcome to the forums. Just a bit of advice. This thread may not be the best one to do an introduction. The guys only come here when they wish to update their squat numbers, so it will be slow here.
Please stick around. You may find the training forum, the training log, or the O/T forums a little more to your liking.

Boxer, this thread is primarily for posting your personal bests for squats. Not necessarily for discussion. If you want to ask a question to the forum about squatting or strength levels, start a new thread. You'll probably get more replies than in here.
Edit: Looks like we cross-posted, Mahler. Great minds.....

Not my best work by far, in weight or form, but there's two good things:
1) My back doesn't appear to be rounding so much at the bottom.
2) It's a confidence booster to at least be able to do reps with this weight again without pain.
So I'm pleased. Hoping for better soon, but pleased.

I hit 325x5 @ 204 last Saturday, looked and felt way better than the 315x5. Doesn't quite count for the thread but I did a pretty easy front squat w/ 275x2 yesterday.

Felt easy...should get more next week - bizarre! Like I said massive progress in squat and reasonable progress in bench - but big loss on deadlift! Ho hum.

Nice lift mate! I hope to be up there within a couple months!
