I will go for higher after my first competition as I have been focusing on pushing my main lifts.

BW=65 (62 when I step on the scale for weigh ins)

Lifts
C&J 108kilos (competion)
Snatch 88(competition), 90 training
Squat 120 kilos/4 125/1
Front Squat 120/1

Qualifed for the AO with exactly 187 (79, 108)
9th place at the AO

Goals
C&J- 180 kilos
Snatch- 140 kilos
Squat 230 kilos

I forgot to mention my goals... 400lbs max by march. 300lbs 3x5 by the end of this year.

Just added 30lbs to my previous 1RM!

That makes 355lbs oly style ATG at a BW of 234.

485 @ 212 <- Raw powerlifting style

540 @ 212 <- Geared. Gonna beat this on sunday I think.

Nice lift Chris! Looks like I have my work cut out for me to get back on top.
As long as John Sullivan and GqArtguy don't actually put their names on the squat chart, the 2 of us could have a nice battle between 1st and 2nd place for a while.

Thanks. It was a really tough single. Probably won't attempt another RM for sometime. The heaviest I'll probably go is a 3RM. Just depends. Manny, how much do you squat?

I'm actually 199 now. Not sure what's happening. I think I have some sort of wasting disease.

I power jerked 140 last week though, so I'm not totally getting weaker
