I will go for higher after my first competition as I have been focusing on pushing my main lifts.

RockHard, I forgot to mention that this was an update. I'm currently listed on the chart 2x.

Nice lift Chris! Looks like I have my work cut out for me to get back on top.
As long as John Sullivan and GqArtguy don't actually put their names on the squat chart, the 2 of us could have a nice battle between 1st and 2nd place for a while.

Thanks. It was a really tough single. Probably won't attempt another RM for sometime. The heaviest I'll probably go is a 3RM. Just depends. Manny, how much do you squat?

Nice job Buster!

Don't worry about Sully, we just have to wait for the wasting disease to get him down to the point where he can't squat any more. For now we can just battle it out for 2nd place. Frank S. is using gear, so he's not in our category.

I just added another 10lbs to my 1RM, so you can put me down for 365lbs at 234. Oly style as usual.

My front and back squat PRs were last year before I hurt my back. Since then it's been so jacked up I haven't hit a PR on either (I've come close on both, but can't pass it). So, a spine made of dust + unnamed wasting disease = me being weak.

Your idea of weak vs mine are 2 completely different things. Even with a spine made of dust and an unnamed wasting disease you are in another league compared to most of the guys on this forum. You are still one Strong dude in my book.

Being around Cressey, Robertson, Danny King and co. this weekend made me feel puny so had to do something today

Whatever motivates you to do more! Eric always talks about environment being so important. He's so right! The proof's in the new PR!

Sully and Frank don't count. We simply choose to ignore them.

Awesome job Dennis! I remember reading your intro thread a few months back. You said your max squat was 315. Nice progress.
Breaking that 1000lb total must feel great.
