I noticed a possible misprint during the first weeks of Max Muscle Phase. In workout B, it says to do the incline trap raise, but that exercise is included in workout A. And then in the section that describes how to do the exercises, the t-pushup is included in workout B, but not included in the list routine. Is the t-pushup supposed to take the place of the trap raise in workout B?
If it is, I noticed that the t-pushup (an exercise I'm new to) worked my chest and shoulders (two muscle groups that worked during workout A), and I had a hard time completing the set last week, even without using weights, can someone recommend anything?
