What other fitness forums do you particpate
What other fitness forums do you spend your time? I'll admit that I'm limited in my understanding. What else besides T-Nation is out there?

I read at T-Nation, but quit posting there a couple of years ago. Too many "I'd hit its!" and similar posts that are just a waste of my time. Rugged was great while it lasted, but it no longer exists. That's about it for sites worth your time, IMO.

t-nation, but I only make about 1 post a week, if that. I mostly just read and or questions specifically to the authors of the articles.

You post at T-Nation. I'm impressed. I only 155 so I'm not in the appropriate demographic for posting.

Lisa - Most of the rugged people have done a couple of transfers (first to my site and then to it's current location). You can find them at: http://www.sostrength.com/ (Society of Strength) But when rugged went down a lot of members disappeared or went elsewhere so not everyone from Rugged is there.

I read t-nation. I occasionally go by Men's Health. But really this is the only community I am really a part of anymore.

I just got an authors locker over a t-nation so I'll be posting more over there. Derek Charbolis (sp?) has a forum over a bb.com that can be fun to read. Sometimes there is a lot of childish stuff. But Chuck Rudolph post there often and he is a pretty smart guy. John Berardi's Precision Nutrition Forum is pretty good too.
JP Fitness is definately my favorite and the only place I have ever posted on a regular basis.

bb.com a bit, just cause it has a lot of traffic. and anything Alan Aragon posts is worth reading.

I browse a few other forums that were already mentioned above, but this is the only place I regularly post.
For anyone interested in Strongman and/or powerlifting training... One forum that I have not seen mentioned is

I already knew that, but thanks anyway. I was one of the "went elsewhere" crowd.

I got a Locker Room over at T-nation now too, so I'll start posting there more often as well (same as Mike). I'll peruse www.bodyremposition.com from time to time, but I never post there. JP is really the only one that I take part in quite a bit now

I read the articles at T-nation and I did visit Rugged occasionally, actually Lisa was one of the people over at Rugged who helped me with my 3 x 3 in season lifting plan last baseball season. I didn't even bother with MH. This place is the only place I post on and read for the most part.
