I just got a copy of "Muscle Logic" and I see today Charles Staley signed in on a thread about EDT. I have picked up a ton of information on this site and it's great that it is from the authors writing it and the trainers that are out there using the stuff. Plus the support you get from all the common Joe's and Jane's is wonderful. You feel that if you miss a workout you are letting everybody here down.

I think the fact that not one person can name off all of the fantastic talent here at once says it all.

Myself, I have a soft spot for the ol' man, Lou. Back in the MH days he actually contacted me about publishing my homemade squat rack idea, then added into the premier isue of MH Muscle.

I've still got that article framed. Thanks Lou!

And, everyone forgot one of the original "gods" of these forums: Mr. John K. Williams! No, not a "pro" like some of the other guys (the ones with all those letters after their names), but a damn knowledgable individual (and one heck of a guy).
