Man,
There is a lot going on in my mind and I can't comprehend what is going on in yours.
Fish you are strong and one of the good guys. If anyone can get through this I know you can.
We are all in your corner. Shannon and I were just talking the other night about how good a guy you are.
No quit my friend.

Sending healing energy to you and comfort to your wife. I know first hand what your wife is going through. My husband's cancer was sudden - diagnosis one day and surgery the next. PM me if she needs to talk/write.

I was thinking of Alwyn talking about his cancer on the FitCast. He said something very similar to what you wrote in your blog, that once you've been told, everything else fades away.
Our thoughts are with you fish.

Fish,
You definitely have the right attitude going into this. You're one mentally tough SOB! I don't think many other people could (or would) be that strong. Best of luck!

Keep the positive attitude. The main difference I've seen between people who do well against cancer and those who don't is their attitude. Something as intangible as being upbeat can make all the difference.

It sounds like they caught it early, which is a good thing. Years ago, I read about the importance of self-exams for men. All you guys need to regularly check yourself.

Fish, just to reiterate what everyone else has said ,my prayers are with you and your family. To be honest man ,after reading your post recently about the three legged stool I can't help but believe that this is another stepping stone that God has put in your life for whatever reason and that you will come away victorious. Good Luck and Godspeed bro.
