Nice... Thanks.

BTW, this guy is doing RDL's here, but they look more like stiff-leg deadlifts. Are the exercises just THAT similar, or am I missing something?

We do our RDL's just like that (SLDL style)....I can see the little nuances of a 'proper' RDL but my athletes would never get it anyway! BTW, what teh hell is the chick in the background doing? Looks like she is practicing some hip-hop move or something?
