From what I remember from the 1st Annual Santa Clarita Strength And Conditioning Coaches and Specialists Wolf Creek Brewery Pre Christmas Beer Session ....
Dos is having a Disneyland vacation with his wife and little one after the conference. Don't think he's back in town yet.
Well I'm back and now i need another week to recover from the MAGIC KINGDOM....talk about a week of SENSORY OVERLOAD!!!!!
Anyway, as always, I thought I SUCKED but Al Vermiel came up to me afterward to tell me what a great presentation it was....I guess he also made a few references to me and my talk the next day during his talk (I wasn't there). This makes me feel a little better
I wish there was a way for me to post the slides of my presentation up here on the board somehow....not a lot of info but i used quite a bit of video to demo our in-season complex program.
I can give you any info that you guys want.....just let me know WHAT you want! take care!

As I recall, you do your stuff in powerpoint, right? Can you post a powerpoint presentation on your website? I've seen it done elsewhere on the web.
BTW, I've met (and had lunch) with Lance, Al's son during my USAW cert. Cool guy, good lifter. I also have a "secret copy" of Al's (mostly completed) training book which is pretty cool (except for the TVA crap). It's got a lot of workouts done by position demands as well as testing standard for speed and strength for college and pro level athletes as I recall.
Here are a few references for those of you who would like to find some of the complex training research.....
