frequency, part 2
This sort of goesd with the training frequency post. I was talking training with a friend yesterday and he is convinced that once a week is enough to spur on muscle growth (given the right diet, etc) as compared to hitting a muscle group twice a week. He's a big guy and has gained plenty of muscle in hit weightlifting years, particularly when he reduced to once a week, yet I am a firm believer that we are all different and what works for one might not work for everyone. Just wondering if anyone here does twice a week, if you routine calls for it, and what your opinion is of how often you should be stimulating a muscle group.
