I am feeling a little better about it, and found out that I am actually stronger than I expected... WOOOO! I will send in a more organized version this next week including workouts and weights.
4lbs. is good, although I am convinced that half of that is water loss. Still not bad though. I am maintaining weight this week, but even at this short stage my body is responding well. I will describe in the next installment

But for me, my body gives up weight for the first month really easily. After that, its like pulling teeth, but hey, you cant win em all
