Great article - a prep week is a very good idea for both diet and workout. Helps you figure out how much you can eat and what you can eat and will establish weights you need on your workout. Cool article! Will be watching...Ted

4 lbs in a week is a good loss. I was under the impression that you were supposed to target 1 to 2 lbs a week before you start having negative consequences.

Thanks for the encouragement guys

I am feeling a little better about it, and found out that I am actually stronger than I expected... WOOOO! I will send in a more organized version this next week including workouts and weights.
4lbs. is good, although I am convinced that half of that is water loss. Still not bad though. I am maintaining weight this week, but even at this short stage my body is responding well. I will describe in the next installment
But for me, my body gives up weight for the first month really easily. After that, its like pulling teeth, but hey, you cant win em all
Ciao for now.
Jonas

Right off of the bat weight loss is usually higher due to water weight lost.
