Default can you get big with a 2010 tempo?

I know we have all heard the phrase "lift fast, lower under control" to describe the ideal tempo guideline, a no-brainer that clears any doubts from our minds.

But can someone here tell me about a routine where you can get big using a simple 2010 or 20Xo tempo, that's a no-pauses rep with a 2.5 to 3 seconds Time Under Tension and an eccentric phase of 2 seconds (or almost 2 seconds, perhaps just a 1,5 seconds eccentric?)...

I am an amputee, lost my left leg above the knee and got the other one hurt bad, wearing a motion support harness on it to be able to have some use...it's not too bad, but it's as strong as a 10 years old leg, I can walk for a long time on it, and carry some weight, my left leg is prosthetic and it holds well, i can do a single-leg extension with about 50 pounds for 4-5 reps.

Are there any programs out there for guys like me?

Is this tempo really important? Can you not justuse the tempo of your choice in what ever routine you choose to do? I vary my tempo in my routines depending on what goal I'm going for. It has worked so far for me. I think that it might be helpful to understand what your goals are and why you want to use that specific tempo. It may help so you get some great advice.

Dude, forget about tempo, focus on lifting the weight as fast as possible, and don't drop it on yourself.. all you gotta worry about..
