Awesome! Got 'em plugged into my feed reader.
I know you have said that subscribers to the FitCast newsletter get downloads earlier than everyone else -- will the same apply if I subscribe to your RSS feeds?

[Your] biceps [comprise] just 3 percent of the amount of muscle mass in your entire body. Remember that number: It's a good way to keep a perspective on how much you train your biceps compared with your other muscle groups. -- from menshealth.com

What are you supposed to do with these links? This is coming from the computer challenged.

Get yourself a feed reader or find a web-based one (Google has one). Then plug those links into the reader and voila! You will get the newest articles in your reader when they are posted.
If you are going to use a desktop-based feed reader, I recommend Feedreader ( http://www.feedreader.com/). It's very simple to use and I haven't had any problems with it.

Is there a way to put this RSS thingy in your signature, here?
That way you wouldn't have to manually update it when your blog or fitcastmag gets updated.
