Default The FitCast RSS Feeds

Remember back on episode 6 I promised RSS Feeds? Well here they are:

The FitCast PodCast/Blog:
http://www.thefitcast.com/wp-rss2.php

The FitCast Mag:
http://www.thefitcastmag.com/wp-rss2.php

Also there are links for each on both sites.

Awesome! Got 'em plugged into my feed reader.

I know you have said that subscribers to the FitCast newsletter get downloads earlier than everyone else -- will the same apply if I subscribe to your RSS feeds?

What are you supposed to do with these links? This is coming from the computer challenged.

Get yourself a feed reader or find a web-based one (Google has one). Then plug those links into the reader and voila! You will get the newest articles in your reader when they are posted.

If you are going to use a desktop-based feed reader, I recommend Feedreader (http://www.feedreader.com/). It's very simple to use and I haven't had any problems with it.

I customize my google homepage to contain all the RSS I want. It works out great.

Is there a way to put this RSS thingy in your signature, here?

That way you wouldn't have to manually update it when your blog or fitcastmag gets updated.
