I'd be willing to bet the people who have made and sustained change have used this model in some way. I plan on doing one later on where you can decide what learning curve you are on.

You caught my premise. Businesses have been dealing with change in complex systems for years. A lot of those very same issues apply to people trying to add a fitness regime in their life.
