Thank you John. As you are aware it's a good feeling when you can match your profession with passion.

Good stuff Gabe.
If you don't already run your own business you really should.

Dude, no wonder you're so stressed! Plan, Do, Measure, Learn? That's a lot of work.
Try my way: do do!
So simple. I do do virtually every day. Sometimes, twice. Get off your ass and do do.
Plan? Come on use your endstinks. Just do do.
Measure? Eight inches! Done.
Learn? From whom? Come on...

I just want to know what endstinks are.
Well, maybe I don't!

Yeah, sure, Like ACME taught Wile E. Coyote.
I'll listen to it later. Right now I'm busy stuffing my face before work.

I'd be willing to bet the people who have made and sustained change have used this model in some way. I plan on doing one later on where you can decide what learning curve you are on.

Good article. A very business like approach to fitness. I like it.

You caught my premise. Businesses have been dealing with change in complex systems for years. A lot of those very same issues apply to people trying to add a fitness regime in their life.
