Default 315 Deadlift today!

After pulling 300 last week for a new PR, I was motivated by NewLife's observation that 315 (i.e. 3 big plates per side) was in sight. So I tried it today, and got it - real slow, but got it and locked it out.

I will turn 43 on Monday, and so far I do not believe I have seen any diminished capacities.

Pulling 315 at 43? Heck, I'm just 29, and all I can seem to pull lately is overtime. Way to go austintwo!

Don't know how I missed this one, but wanted to chime in. Great Job Bud! Thats a badass weight to be moving. It's rare enough to see people deadlifting, and very rare to see 6 plates go up. I'm so happy for you. Wasn't it a great feeling?

Just think how cool 4 plates on each side would look (HINT HINT) It's only 2 more plates....

I'm pissed that I am 5lbs away from adding 2 more plates. Small plates are like pennies...they suck!
