Default Anyone have a chance to read Maximum Muscle Plan?

I recently purchased this book over the Better Body Blueprint because I felt like this book was for beginners, and I already had Scrawny to Brawny which looked really similar.

I was curious if anyone has had a chance to check out MMP? I have read about 50 pages of it and am a little undecided so far. It looks to have a ton of different exercises, but from what I have read so far, the book suggests doing something one way and then turning around and saying just the opposite.

Maybe I need to get farther into the book, but the book seems to say a whole lot without really saying anything at all (ie filler). Maybe the other books I have read have just educated me to the point to where I find a lot of this knowledge somewhat trivial.

What are other opinions out there?

Default

I looked at it while I was at Barnes and Noble a few weeks ago and found it to be pretty huge. Same thing with Mejia's new book. I think I want to purchase one more book (Staley's Muscle Logic: EDT) and from there I think I want to try out a lot of the T-nation programs as many come to mind I want to try.
