Also be prepared. We lifted our "clean" label. So watch out for fucks, and shits and pizzas (pizza is a dirty word if you are dieting).

If you lifted the clean lable, then you need to do a second interview with Lou and Alwyn. LOL

The best bit was after the closing titles!

And I forgot to name drop/...I used to train at the same time as Glen Ross at the PEC in Belfast...He used to have to sub in at the pec deck with us. It was his warm down...and he used twice what we were maxing on....for high reps!

His BO was appauling though...

I was actually being a nerd and working on a article while Sully was doing his interview! I was typing along and then all I hear is Sully yelling, "Tony, quite downloading porn." I had no idea what the hell he was talking about.....now I know.

Thanks guys.

For the record, it appears that Tony MAY have only been writing an article and not downloading porn. I can confirm though that he and Eric eat chicken breasts all the time. It's so lame.

Listening to that show made me wanna drive cross country to play with all the cool toys in your gym.

Keep us informed of your work with MMA athletes and training.

Sullivan vs. GQ? Now theres a new Vidcast idea for you Kevin. Start matching up forumites for a date in the FitCage.

I distinctly heard you say it was your internet, Kevin. Then the unmistakable "bloop-bloop" of cutting someone off in Skype...

And, when are you and Johnka going over to Excel to do the show? Oh, wait, I think it was going to just be you, huh? Strange...

Oh, look! There's Rosy O'Donnell!
