Default Just read NROL

Got it from library today. It was a good read. But did not really learn anything new. Very good for beginner to intermediate. Particular good for someone who does not understand the importance of moving heavy weights with your legs and back.

Just wait till you actually do the workouts!

I looked over them. Maybe in the distant future but I'm going to competing in weightlifting

I agree, FL I-III would be good for cutting phases.

Hell, the break-in alone is kicking me around.

Ryan, I agree that NROL can teach the beginner a lot of basic information. I think you are already way ahead of that with your lifting. Did you take a look at the strength routines? Those might be useful to you in the future, but for now, with your O-lifting progressing so well, focus on that.

And keep picking Gq's brain about O-lifting. He's your go-to guy for Olympic lifting questions.

The other thing about NROL. It is an extremely honest book.
