Just hit 200 mark today at the gym.

Bench: 165
Squat: 185


Those are the only ones I know as of now. This is at 130LBS. Lets see what happens when I finish BoM Intermediate.

age - 22
height - 5'9
weight - 152 lbs

deadlift - 190
squat - 155
bench - 110

Bobby those are my 1 rep maxes and I am in the better half of stage 1. Stage will start in a week.

You're starting stage 2 in a week? If so we'll be at the same point in the program as I start the second stage in a week as well. Congrats again on your PR's!
