I been recently reading about some total body workouts and wanted to know more info

what do they work for best like for hypertrophy or toning

and if anyone has some good examples of these type of workouts and what kind set/rep schemes should be applied

This is a total body rotuine that a lot of people have seen great results from. It's a little complicated at first, but it's pretty simple once you get the jist of it...

i was looking at hst and my question is would you be cheating yourself on other lifts if ur doing
bench,squat, and dead lift on the same day also could this be prevented by doing the low set/rep scheme which it recommends

if not the would doing a higher scheme like between a 4-6 set range and 6-9 rep range hurt it in anyway or could that also be considered over training
