Will you please critique my routine?

mon: 5x5 bench press
5x5 incline press
5x5 decline press

tue: 5x5 dumbell curl
5x5 reverse bicep curl
5x5 preacher curl

wed: 3x12 leg extentions
5x5 forearms
3x12 calf raises

thu: 5x5 bench press
5x5 incline press
5x5 decline press

fri: 5x5 dumbell curl
5x5 reverse bicep curl
5x5 preacher curl

sat: 5x5 bench press
5x5 incline press
5x5 decline press

Probaly not as good as BOM advanced and HST.

I think some of you guys are right(I wish I knew where Dos went)!

Why are you only working your chest and biceps... (2 sets of legs)? This routine is horibley imbalanced. You need to work all your muscles evernly. Furthermore, doing a 5x5 program puts a lot of stress of your CNS. Doing chest once a week is adequtqe IMO.

The first step of many would be to replace the leg extensions and calf raises with squats and deads.
