Hey guys,
I've never had anyone look at my squat and deadlift form so I decided to make a video clip of each to see if you can help me out with my form. If you need to see from a different angle, let me know and I'll try again. Be gentle!

The videos work fine for me.
I not an expert, but your form looks very good to me on both movements.
You get below parallel on the squat while keeping a flat back.
Your back stays arched through your deadlift movement, and your knees lock out at the same time as your hips.
As far as I can tell that is perfect form.

Without seeing the squat in person, it's tough to say. It did look clean though...
As for the dealift....I like it. Flat back, Hip pushed forward during lockout and you drove with your legs. Only thing to watch is to make sure your shoulders stay back, and don't come forward when you pull.
Great videos and good form!

Looks like excellent form to me -- good job!
Was your tempo deliberately slow to give us a good idea of form? Just wondering if you alternate with some more explosive sets and higher weights; looks like you can clearly handle it.

Hey guys, thanks a bunch...
RedLefty...yeah, my tempo was slower for the video. I generally lift a bit faster and i think i'm going to concentrate on more explosive sets in the coming months because i don't have much explosive power.
Thanks again guys!

hmm, seems to work for some but not others. They are .MOV files, which is QuickTime. I dunno if you have QT or not but that may be the problem.

Have QT but all I get is the tool bar.
It's shows the movie playing but nothing on the screen.
QT sucks.
