Magnificent Mobility + Turbulence Training?
Hey everyone, my first actual question post here. Hopefully some of you guys can help me out. First of all Eric and Mike I got my MM a couple of days ago and watched it completely yesterday, tried some of the exercises and then did some squats, deadlifts etc. great exercises, very professional product and very informative thank you. Secondly to Craig very informative and enjoyable reading in your TT which I also purchased recently, excellent program that I hope to be starting soon.
What I wanted to know was how to incorporate MM with TT. By reading over the T-nation thread that you guys posted a while ago, MM should technically come first. So logically should I be doing
8-10 Exercises MM
TT Warm-up (that Craig says to never miss)
TT (including Intervals)
Static stretching?
This is actually the first time I am incorporating a flexibility/mobility program into my workout sessions and also on the off days (I plan on doing the BW stuff from TT and MM) so I just needed some advice. Thank you to everyone who replies.
