Range of motion exercises
Anyone know of any good websites with descriptions/pics on performing range-of-motion exercises. I need to perform these to get back into the groove of things.
Thanks

I just got my copy of Magnificent Mobility, and I am stoked! I want to watch it today, but I am going to make my whole training staff sit down with me and watch it tomorrow.

MM is the better option if family life isn't dogging your expenses. I didn't shoot it out because all the families I know are pinching pennies in the current economic state.

I'll second that recommendation. It's very clear and contains a wide range of exercises. Well worth the money.

Duh...how could I forget about this? The main reason I need to perform these exercises is so I can workout during times of an RA flare-up, or like now, just getting back to the gym, without putting too much stress on the joints. Will this DVD provide that "low-stress" type of workout?

I don't think the DVD is intended as a workout in-and-of itself. However you probably could put together a workout using it, although I think you'd have to supplment some upper body work as most of the DVD covers the lower back and hip areas. You might want to PM Eric Cressy or Mike Robertson for their opinions.
BTW, almost all (if not all) the movements are low-impact.

Not to contradict what UpNorth said, because a lot of it is low impact, but I would think that if that is flaring up, then perhaps so low impact mobility and simple static stretching if you can't do anything with impact.
And I know Ballantyne rails against ellipticals, but if you set the resistance high enough and it has solid synchronized arms, it's a good workout for upper and lower body and is low impact.

Too funny Ed. It depends on who you like to look at, now doesn't it?
Anyway, TrainingGirl, I'm not sure how easy you need your movements to be, but in addition to Magnificent Mobility, which I think is probably just right for you, take a look at Alwyn Cosgrove's Body-Weight Workout. You might be able to add some of these more difficult movements to those from MM.
