As in doing more than one 28-day round of the diet?

Several people have done this, but it's not something I've given a lot of thought. Mainly because I'd rather see people use the Velocity Diet as quick kickstart and a behavior/taste changer, then transition to a "regular" healthy diet. But offhand, I'd say at least a month.

Also, a lot of people have had success with a limited, 7-10 day V-Diet after they've been off the full 28 day diet for a while. Sort of just keeps them on track.

Still had no cravings for cheat meals?

Have you maintained your BF% since?

Would you consider JB's principle of extreme dieting every so often in the belief of "fat loss memory"?

Still no cravings for cheat meals. One thing though: Although I lost a taste for every other "bad" food while developing a taste for healthy ones I didn't like before, I didn't lose the love of pizza.

No biggie really, I have some once or twice per month. I often wonder if one more 28 day go-around would zap the pizza thing. Not that it hinders me though. Pizza twice a month is no big deal for someone who trains hard, even an FFB.

Yes, I've maintained single digit bodyfat. I might creep to 10 or 11% sometimes, but that's with lots of healthy foods in more a purposeful mass phase. (I'm against the idea of eating junk just because you're bulking.)

JB's principle: I think he's probably on to something.

I did it, by the book, lost a lot of bad weight, while staying strong and actually got stronger in some areas. Went from a 34- to a 31-32 waist and still have the same waist size months later

the coolest thing for me is that I still do not want anything to do with sugar.....no desserts, ice cream, nothing. I get sick thinking about them.

Meats and veggies all day long
