I have all three. The first book has an introductory program that consists of four days of lifting a week. In book two, he gives a few more program options and adds control exercises (gets the joints and smaller muscles ready for lifting). Book three has three months programs for bodybuilding, strenght, power, and olympic lifting goals. They all have similar introductions with a lot of quality Ian King information. I do not have a template off hand, but if you have seen Book of Muscle the workout are similar, the only exception being the control drills and an extra lifting day in the week. Do note that the first two were written BEFORE BOM and the last one was written after BOM.
