Default wow, found a bunch of my old workout logs

I found a pretty big stack of them. Been keeping them for a while, haven't did a good stare and compare in a long time. Pretty cool to go over all the variations, and gains over the last few years, especially the gains .

But a big thanks to all of you here, for all the links to workouts, great advice, and commaradarie (sp). I'm not the most involved here by any stretch, but I've taken away plenty. It's really helped me out over the years for sure, and I've got the paperwork to prove it

Logging has made a great difference to my workouts as well, I always looks to add an extra rep or lb to a lift from a previous workout, before progress was sporadic.

Seeing this made me want to go back into my logs as well. Wow, April 5th, 2005. Max effort. 3 reps of 135 on the deadlift. That's what I start my warm up with now That's pretty damn awesome. Nice kick in the butt.
