Yup - about eight months and 15 pounds ago! I didn't even realize he was going to use that video; when I emailed it to him, I assumed he was using it as a demonstration video for an online consulting client.

Well, at least it ended up on T-nation instead of a gay singles site! The cup is always half-full ya know.

I feel your pain Tony! And I loved the article.

Now, exactly which day is National Steak and BJ Day? I think I missed my cheat meal for that day!

Yeah, it was a good article, especially the part about machines and the lower lumbar. That was new info for me.

Thanks Tony.

Despite the vicious commentary directed at Ben Affleck who is a superb actor(and is also having sex with Jennfier Garner, something Tony will never ever get to do) it was a good article.

HA! seriously man, good stuff.

Cheers.

I thought it was a PG-13 show???

Anyways, sorry for the delay in responding; Eric and I JUST got back from NYC this weekend. He and Mike Robertson held their "Building the Efficient Athlete" seminar at Peak Performance. They did an AWESOME job and it was a really fun weekend. It's late and I need to go to bed, but I will give a little synopsis tomorrow.

And Kevin, I think Eric and I can swing doing a show together. That would be fun.
