A calorie is a calorie, but where you get those calories is very important.
#1 Agree, you have to know before you can make changes.
#2 Eating anytime during the morning is breakfast to me so hmm...
#3 I wish she would've pushed for 6 meals instead of saying eat whenever
#4/5 Finally someone not slamming carbs or fat
#6 Agree, tell anyone they can never eat x again and they'll never stick to any plan
#7 Bugs me b/c she downplays exersicing by saying it doesn't burn that many calories. Exercising should be a key part in any lifestyle change along with diet. Both IMHO are equally important to being healthy.
#8 Way too much emphasis on you weight while not pointing out that weight isn't the only measure. BF%, clothes fit, and how you look in the mirror are all important when measuring progress.
#9 Calories may not know time, but digesting your entire 2k worth of cals for the day right before bed can't be a good thing.
#10 Might be just me, but the calories she has up there as what to eat daily seem mighty low.
