NSCA Collegiate Strength Coach of the year
.....Robert Dos Remedios.
I just wanted to give some public recognition to Dos on this achievement.
BTW- that's from ALL colleges - including USC, Texas, etc.
One of the best real world practitioners in the field. I'm smarter just by knowing him.
Congrats again bud.

Wow! That is un-friggin'-believable! Congrats Dos! Don't know if you still read in here that often, but I'm proud to know you, and this honor doesn't surprise me in the least.

Too kind AC, figures the one year we don't show-up and.....
anyway, couple of weeks and we can REALLY celebrate right?!
Amazing, Alwyn is smarter for knowing me yet both him and I are dumber just for sitting through the H.I.T. lecture @ NSCA Indy in 2003!
Seriously, I have learned A TON from AC over the years....just to be on the same list as Boyd Epley and so many of my other S&C heroes is about as cool as it gets. Thanks again folks.
P.S. Being Hartman Certified also helped!!
