And you recently did some videos with excellent explanations of correct pulling posture for seated cable rows and several common substitution patterns. That information would make a good exercise description.

I believe those videos were from the Shoulder Savers articles, right?

I'd like to see somebody include all the little tricks to get full value for the exercise. For example. Galya told someone in another thread to try to spread the floor while doing squats to get the glutes activated. That was good stuff and really helpful
Along this line.

perhaps something illustrating the differences between the Romanian and Stiff legged Deadlifts.

I didn't think there was much of a difference if any.

All the more need for clarification then, yes? Although sometimes if a matter of semantics. A lot of confusion comes from misuse of terminology.

Good one, Og. Perhaps a demonstration showing the different variations of deadlifts back to back and how they differ from one another.

Thanks Eric,

You are a walking library! Exactly the kind of tip I was looking for was at the end of the RDL section.

I just wanted to say a quick thank you to everyone for your ideas. Mike and I actually did a full 4.5 hours of exercise troubleshooting on camera at our seminar this weekend. The entire seminar will be available as a DVD set within 6-8 weeks, so there will be a ton of troubleshooting advice on a lot of exercises that commonly give people problems.

Too bad he couldn't understand that carrying the bar on T12 was a little bit excessive in terms of low bar squatting.
