Default Bonuses!

If you've been thinking about getting TT, there is no better time than today. I've added 4 time limited bonuses, available only until Midnight on Wednesday. AFter that, they are gone forever from the package.

Craig,

Question about the Hardcore Fat Loss program. On the nutrition part...

What's the reasoning behind a protein only drink after the workout, then back to normal eating?

Lately, after years of P+C as PWO nutrition, suddenly I've heard the P only from a few sources. They never say why, though.

Thanks,

Roland

I think its accelerated fat-loss. And even without the carbs I think you will be able to keep the muscle mass you have while stripping away the fat.

I think it works but if you read my interview with Chris Mohr, he disagrees with me:

And then you can also review Jason Ferrugia's thoughts:

Which brings me to a related general post on the matter:

That is a kick ass interview, everyone should read it and check out CB's blog daily, a ton of useful information that is not in the newsletter!
