Default Undercover Wiener

Have you guys checked out this series at t-nation by sugart? link to yoga

he goes to some of the classes that we all make fun of and gives his oppinions. it's pretty funny and neat.

This series was great, I was looking forward to reading more.

When I first found Chris's blog on T-nation I spent hours reading through the archives. Some of his posts had me in tears I was laughing so hard.

I loved his segment on spinning, which was posted right after I got Lou Schuler (yes, our Lou 'no cardio' Schuler!) to try out a spin class at the retreat. Pretty soon we'll all be singing 'Kumbaya' together....

I liked the spinning one too. It's always funny to me how some folks can look at certain activities with a "why are you doing that?!" mentallity. Chances are if you've been doing it for a while...you probibly just enjoy it. At the end of the day isn't that the most important thing?
