Any track runners here?
So, I ran track in highschool, and I want to maintain my 100m time (I am in a bulking stage)...
How much will it take away from me gaining weight if I do say, 10 x 200m full sprints 3 times a week..
I just want the basics, and the reason why I wanna run the 200m instead of 100m for training is because I have a fine start and I pick up quick and I stay strong until about 50-60 meters, thats where I start my decline, I think it's because my body switches fron anaerobic to aerobic, and I just suck at anything long distance basically.. Like a 23 second 200..
So any advice? Or should I just hold off on it until I gain some good weight?
