Default Turbulence Training Q's??

Craig,

Monday I'm going to begin the first TT workout.

Superset 2 calls for reverse lunges, should I perform these with a long or short lunge??? I'm not sure if the emphasis should be placed on the glutes or the quads in this workout.

Second, I haven't done pull-ups or chins in a very long time. If I can't do any or not enough for the number of reps, is it better if I do as many as possible and finish the rep count with negatives, do the pullups/chins on a weight assisted machine or use a lat pulldown? I'm favoring options 1 and 2 over 3.

Thanks a lot.

I'm not Craig, but I've gotten a lot of his adivce

I believe he generally prescribes a longer step in his lunges, but if you're quads are weak, why not.

I'd vote for finishing off the chins with negatives or doing all negatives. IF that is too hard, start with the assisted chin machine.
