There are two options. You can buy the DVD with contains 1 DVD (approx 3.5 hours long) with the meat of Bill's excellent presentation, along with his powerpoint presentation on screen. The cost is $49. It is nuclear powered information so BE CAREFUL!
For an additional $10 you can get the 2 DVD set with bonus footage. The second DVD features more demonstrations, many of everyone's questions to Bill, and some out-takes.

Now go forth and purchase!!!
JP or anyone else,
as you know I wasn't there. On a scale of 1-10, how beneficial would it be to buy the DVD? I'm going into the 7th year of my post-seconary education and money is a little tight
I hope I can make the 2008 or 2009 one if they're still going on....
I won't give it a rating like that but I can go infomercial on you.
After a weekend with Bill I got not only corrective measures for my squat form but was also able to unlock hidden mobility and touch my toes for the first time in decades.
Is that all.......NO!
You will learn the correct use of the foam roller.
The art of self assessment along with valuable corrective exercises.
Still not enough!
How does program design, injury prevention and body mechanics sound?!
Trust me! This is information that you personal training does not have!
If that is still not enough for an additional $10 you can get copious bonus footage!

Why do I have the urge to draft the mice type legal disclaimer ...?

Really interested but will you ship it to the U.k and if so, do have you any idea of the shipping cost/ time of delivery.
Sorry to be a pain in the arse!!

Domestic shipping is a flat $5, and international is a flat $15 rate.
Incidentally, I was advised by several of my peers (other well-known personal trainers who I won't individually name) and by the people at vervante who fulfill my orders to charge over $100 for the DVD, especially considering the level of content and the higher production values. I really felt strongly about making this information affordable for everyone. For what you get out of this DVD it is easily worth 5 times what I'm charging.
I don't mean to sound like a commercial (I've got Deserve to cover that one! ), but you all know me well enough by now to know that I am not about self promotion or just trying to make a buck. Bill is one of the best minds in the fitness industry in my not-so-humble opinion, and he easily lives up to any hype that I have attributed him. In fact, everyone whose arms I had to twist to come see him at my last summit approached me afterwards with saucer-sized eyes telling me that my hype didn't do him justice. Those of us who were there know exactly what I'm talking about. Prepare to have your minds blown!
Sounds like £46 well spent. I'll have to wait until I get payed but I'll defo be getting one

Any word? I still haven't gotten it, and I'm only 500 miles away. I feel sorry for those on the east and west coasts and our neighbors to the north. It may be 07 before they get it!!

I put your order in personally because it (and a couple of others) for some reason did not go through on the shopping cart. All I got was the paypal confirmation of a payment, but no confirmation of the order (which automatically forwards to Vervante, who fulfills my orders). I'm sorry about that. I will call her tonight (if she's not there, then tomorrow) and follow up and see if it has shipped. It should have by now. I put it through the day I got your address.

Got it. Thanks. I know I paid for it because I checked my bank account, I was just afraid of being out 64 bucks.

It is pretty straight forward really... Bill gives an excellent presentation with a powerpoint presentation (shown in a pop-up screen) with live demos of the moves he prescribes.
I haven't read any bad reviews yet, but I would be very interested in getting some feedback on it, good or bad.
DVD 1: Absolutely fantastic. Definitely worth the money and the lightbulb turned on so many times like "Oh yeah, I remember that." I'll probably have to watch two or three times more to get all the info, but that's fine. However, for those that do not have the book, following along Bill's presentation is going to be a pain, and a lot of times he points at the slideshow, but the camera doesn't show what he's pointing at.
DVD 2: Uhh..... I don't know how to put this lightly, but it's crap. I watched it first, thinking I would be laughing my butt off at myself and others. (Like I did that weekend.) Boy, was I wrong. It's basically just us doing the tests. There was no real flow or continuity. He just walked around from person to person and got glimpses of what they were doing. You kinda had to follow along for yourself, and I am very thankful I was there, but even then I had a hard time following along. Watching DVD 1 before this is a must, but I don't know how much help it really would be. Also, the cameraman walks off twice during the session. WHAT THE F***? He just took footage of an empty gym, the view, the elevator (the floor # on the elevator too) and the lobby. That was 10 minutes of wasted space. I fell asleep during Don's presentation (sorry!) and I really don't understand why that was on the DVD 2 either. And there were no real "outtakes." I didn't laugh once.
