IM FINALLY AT MY GOAL AND I ALTHOUGH I COULD GO MORE, I WANT TO STOP AT 162 I LOOK REAL BIG , BUT I DONT HAVE A CAMERA ,DAMN, N E WAYS MY STATS NOW

BEFORE : 127 ILBS

AFTER : 162 ILBS

yeah it was all in the EATING. for me the lifting was the easy part the eating, man, now i know what i feels like to be REAL STUFFED, it was like THANKSGIVING FOR ME ALL THE TIME, and all healthy and i only cheated one meal a week which was pizza.

my body fat went from 3 percent to 8 which is not BAD AT all for me, and i did the cardio just like it said in the book and i kept my abs in TACT.

That's a nice 2:1 ratio of muscle/fat gain so I don't think you could have followed the plan better!

What are your plans now?

Doesn't anyone else have a hard time believing this? You would have to have shredded glutes before you began.

NO ONE walks around at 3% all the time. Did you diet for a show before you went on this program or something?

You know. Now that i think about it that does seem amazing to be at 3%. But my brother told me when he was wrestling at 135s. The last day of cutting he went from 135 to 165 in water weight and very large meals. So i don't know maybe he was on some hardcore weightloss. Or he miscalcluated his bf %.
